All we have to offerare our simplistic ideas of something that is far greater than any of us and our pitiful attempt to try and understand that which is unattainable.

The Sorrow of Goodbye... The hope of reunion!

Well the fact of life on this earth,"Nothing is forever," has been a truth that has been all too relevant to my life as of late.  Saying goodbye to the close friends that have graduated and saying farewell for a summer to others, I have been reminded of the sorrow of goodbyes.  Meanwhile, the realizaton of this temperal life has also been a reminder of the joy of hope found in eternity.  We have this reality to hold to, "This world is not our home."  I have been reminded lately that we as Christians are so blessed to enjoy fellowship with one another because we have the hope of seeing eachother in eternity and know that we will never truly have to say good bye to eachother.  This hope has also compelled me to prayer for those that are not able to take joy in this hope, including those that we have known and thought of as brothers and sisters in Christ.  We as brothers and sisters in Christ can take comfort in all of our partings knowing that one glorious day, we will not only be united together, but we will also be united with our Savior.  How blessed we are to have this assurance, and to know that the community that we share on this earth is merely a taste of what richness there is to come.

So, it is fun being a manager.  I get paid to tell other people to work Lori Larson can help you understand what I mean.  Well, there is not a whole lot to do right now, that is probably why I am on Xanga while I am at work.

Hmmmm let's see, what to update?  Well, as I said before I am going to Arizona, and I can hardly wait.  The crazy part is I keep hearing about all these plans for when I come.  Now, I am going to all these places, I guess.  I am going to San Diego, Wild Animal Park, and Disney Land.  I am also told I am going to the Grand Canyon (this in my mind is a must).  I am also being told that I will be staying at a beach house when I go to Disney Land.  Ahhh this is nuts, far more than I am used to I can tell you that.

As far as anything else right now, there isn't much.  I hope to go to Timber Lee soon (thinking for the Lake Geneva trip)  That would be a lot of fun.  I guess that is about it.  I don't have much to say about myself.  I am good and enjoying my new job, despite the slight boring atmosphere at times.  If anyone has any prayer requests--especially you peeps up there at T-Lee-- let me know!  Love y'all!
